CAMP POLICIES

CANCELED SESSIONS 

If one of our sessions does not reach our minimum enrollment we hold the right to cancel that session at a full refund. We will let you know fourteen days in advance of any cancellations.  We do not foresee this happening because we have sold out every session over the years.

REFUNDS
A parent who withdraws their child from Camp fourteen or more days before the start of camp will receive a full refund less a $50 CANCELLATION FEE.

You will receive a 50% refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the start of Camp less a $50 CANCELLATION FEE.

No refunds are available once Camp has started*. At your request, we will convert your unused Camp registration fees into a tax-deductible donation to San Diego Circus Center, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, to be used for our special needs programs.

 

CAMP LATE PICKUP POLICY
By the end our scheduled camp times, our instructors have worked a full, long day, and it’s time for them to clock out and go home. We therefore strictly enforce the following policy: for every 5 minutes that each child remains in our care after end of camp, we charge a $10 late pickup fee.

*Cancellations due to sickness or injury require a doctor’s note from a medical MD (if you are a doctor, you may not write your own note), within 30 days of the incident, for refund or make-up authorization. Please submit to the Registrar.
