Stacy Clark Artist Pathway Act and Career Development A former national level gymnast and professional circus performer, Stacy worked in marketing and communications before leaving it all behind to perform and teach circus around the world on stage, at festivals and on screen. Performance credits (circus and stunts) include Canadian Opera Company, Calgary Opera, Green Fools Physical Theatre, Circus Orange and High Strung aerial dance, a company she co-founded. She appeared in the Academy Award-winning film “Chicago”, “Mutant X” and numerous music videos. In 2007 Stacy joined Cirque du Soleil’s Casting department where as a Talent Scout, she evaluated and recruited athletes and circus artists for the company’s shows worldwide. In 2011 Stacy became Acrobatic Coach with Cirque du Soleil’s Amaluna, touring North America. She then co-founded FirePower Kids, a circus and CrossFit gym for youth. Stacy returned to the Casting department in the fall of 2013 where as Casting Director, she manages a team of talent scouts and advisors in Montreal and Las Vegas. She has participated in numerousm international circus festivals and competitions as a jury member and panelist. Stacy holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts. A certified Performance Enhancement Specialist (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and CrossFit Level 1 and CrossFit Kids trainer, Stacy is passionate about yoga, fitness and cottage life in the great outdoors.
